With over three decades of work in the areas of job analysis, competency and proficiency development, and executive assessment across both public and private sector organizations, we attempt to tailor our considerable background to meet the needs of our clients.
Fees are based on the size and complexity of the projects we entertain and the amount of time it takes to complete the project successfully. Work is done on a contractual basis and is based on a thoroughly developed proposal.
Recent expansion of our organization allows us to pursue new areas including the emerging area of leisure counseling for retirement planning and tools to assess whether retirement is a viable option or one to be avoided.
